Domino's Pizza Yeovil

Welcome to Domino's Pizza Yeovil, where pizza lovers gather to indulge in a delightful slice of culinary creativity. Nestled in the quaint town of Yeovil at 5 Wyndham Street, this famed franchise is a go-to destination for locals seeking comfort food. With a menu that boasts a variety of pizzas, sides, and desserts, there's something for everyone at this popular spot.

However, while Domino's Pizza Yeovil is known for its lively atmosphere and convenient take-out options, it's important to consider the experiences of some customers.

  • Himanshu expressed disappointment over unsanitary conditions, noting that cheese was found spread on the pizza box, which raises concerns about cleanliness and quality control.
  • Matthew Fielder-Taylor shared a mixed experience regarding the cooking time, where an overcooked pizza was received, followed by a somewhat lackluster response from the staff.
  • Tyler May Bishop encountered difficulties with order modifications, highlighting a perceived inflexibility within the service.
  • Nizar Adeeb experienced an unsettling crunch while enjoying the Veggies Supreme pizza, raising questions about ingredient quality.
  • Aimee reported a series of troubling experiences, from rude delivery staff to missing items, giving a stark contrast to what one might expect from a flagship brand.

While these reviews paint a somewhat mixed picture, it’s essential to remember that any busy kitchen can have its off days. Pizza is known for its personality—each creation comes with its own quirks, and Domino's offers the chance to experiment with various toppings. The crusts range from classic to stuffed, and specials often emerge that showcase seasonal flavors.

As a food reviewer, I believe each visit has the potential to be unique. It would be exciting to dive into some of their signature pizzas, perhaps the famous Pepperoni or a creative twist like BBQ Chicken. The atmosphere of Domino’s Pizza Yeovil, coupled with the vibrant spirit of the community, adds to the dining experience.

In conclusion, whether you're a first-time customer or a regular, the heart of Domino's Pizza Yeovil offers more than just food; it provides a social gathering place with the promise of full-flavored adventures—if you can navigate the bumps along the way.

Disappointed with my first order of the yearI ordered a pizza from Domino’s Yeovil on January st at : AM, hoping for a good start to the year. Unfortunately, the pizza I received was very dirty/unsanitary, the cheese was fully spread on the box of the pizza. This experience was highly disappointing and unacceptable, especially given the standards I expect from a brand like Domino's. I request better quality control, especially during late hours. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your service and maintain hygiene standards.I spoke to the person working in domino's that day and he told me that we will not charge you for anything not for the delivery as well and they will deliver the pizza again . This morning i.e January i spoken to a guy named Abhinandan to deliver the pizza again but he asked me time and again to pay for the delivery . As i already paid for the delivery on that day and it was not my fault so it doesn't seems to be a customers friendly service to me .i hope someone will look into the matter so that other customers don't have to face such behaviors in future .

Yesterday we ordered a collection from Yeovil, on arrival the app said our order was ready for collection. When my partner entered they said it would be a min wait, which we waited patiently. When it arrived it was over cooked, when challenged about it, the guy said it doesn't look very good but it tastes nice. At £ a go I want a bit more enthusiasm. So he said he would make another which was another poor attempt but benefit of the doubt we took it as we had waited minutes and just wanted to go home and eat. When I got home I tried the pizza which wasn't even cut properly, on my first bite the whole of the topping came off and I ended with a tomato base. The standard of food was awful so I went to dominos again for a refund, was told I'd get a call tomorrow before pm which I knew wasn't coming. Called around pm to follow it up. At this point I was £ out of pocket and my pizzas had been returned. When I called the manager, was clearly expecting my call as he knew what my order was! He was rude and kept saying he's busy, as if I wasn't! He wouldn't let me get a word in so I went to the store to speak in person, when I got there he said he would ban me, like I was ever going to go back. He kept saying if I leave he will sort my refund out. Like I could rely on that after him making no effort at all. So in the end I called the head office and thought I'd go above him. minutes on the phone and the problem was solved. Highly rate dominos but that manager and store all together tarnish there reputation and I have no idea how that manager got the job, he has no people skills and would you believe he was making the dough, look at the shape and crust. Should sack all the staff and have a refurb. Seen so many bad reviews hopefully it gets sorted soon! I think Stephan was the manager, polish guy, rude and no people skills. Wouldn't even hear me out. Customer is always right! Nothing refund or food as of yet!!..

accidentally ordered wings instead of kickers online for delivery. realised our mistake within about seconds and rang up but the man on the phone said they wouldn’t switch as our order was already in oven. there is no way you can put sides a large pizza and cookies in the oven in less than seconds. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely just being difficult

I ordered veggies supreme large pizza on Thursday // about : and as I am new to Yeovil I had to eat there where they have wooden bank and they put it in the most sunny area of their shop where the sun really annoys you!Anyway, after waiting - minutes I got the pizza and after couple of slices I felt something “crunching” between my teeth and it felt like eggshells or sands!! I called the manager and informed him of issue and he started to say this is the flour they use!! I told him that I had previously s of pizza from different branches of Domino’s and it was not like this!! He still insists that it is the flour like if I am an idiot and I don’t know the difference between the flour and sands!! At the end he offered to take this to send it to check and to give me another pizza. The other pizza was ok but not the best!!The following week on Tuesday // around : o’clock I visited the same branch again not because I like it but not much options in Yeovil unfortunately!! I found the same manager and asked him if they found anything in their check on that pizza. He looked at me funnily and replied: No. nothing found!! I said: so what was that thing which I felt between my teeth like sands which I felt - times? Was I imagining?! Funny enough he replied: maybe!!Also I ordered the same on Tuesday which is veggie supreme with Coke Zero and the price was £. and I took it home and it was really ugly acidy taste!!! I will never come back to this branch!! Awful people and awful pizza!!!Vegetarian options: Do not go there!! Awful experience!!!
